Alexey Kuchvalsky (Head of Office Agency), Alexey Efimov (Head of Corporate Solutions), Kate McMurtrie (Head of International Client Services, Corporate Solutions) and Natalia Tischendorf (Head of Corporate Finance) are promoted to Regional Director.
Olga Konova, Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications, and Anna Vigdorchik, Head of Legal Counsel, are promoted to National Director.

Alexey Kuchvalsky’s experience in the corporate services business exceeds 11 years. Alexey joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007 and leads the Office Agency team for Russia & CIS. His clients include companies such as Capital Group, PPF Group, O1 Properties, Alcon Development, MR Group, AFI Development, and Legion Development.
Alexey Efimov has been a senior leader in the Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Solutions team for more than 10 years. Since 2012, JLL’s End-User Sales & Purchase business line has also been under Alexey’s leadership. As the Head of Corporate Solutions for Russia & CIS, Alexey has led numerous projects for Russian and multinational corporations including companies such as Kaspersky Lab, Adidas, Publicis Groupe, Vimpecom, etc.
Kate McMurtrie has over 16 years’ experience advising corporate occupiers in commercial real estate transactions. Before moving to Russia in 2005, she was based in Mainland China, the UK, and France. Kate is responsible for international client management within the JLL Corporate Solutions team for Russia and CIS. Her track record includes companies such as Avon, BMW, BNP Paribas, Schneider Electric, Siemens, UBS, and Unilever.
Natalia Tischendorf joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005 as Financial Director. Since 2008 she he has been working in the Capital Markets department. Natalia is focusing on helping local and international companies with raising equity and attracting construction and senior debt financing, as well as continuing advisory on deal structuring. Her clients’ list includes Central Properties, BIN Group, VTB Capital, RosEvroDevelopment, Kaspersky Lab.
