ADAC TruckService subsidiary Europe Net has launched a new service card on the occasion of the IAA Commercial Vehicles in Hannover.
The card can be loaded with any desired amount anywhere in Europe, turning it into a means of payment that offers maximum convenience.
The Europe Net Service Card is available with immediate effect and is designed to appeal to fleet operators who attach major importance to security and transparency in the area of cashless payment.
"The key benefit of the Europe Net Service Card is that improper use of the credit is ruled out and there is zero risk of financial loss even if the card is stolen or lost", says Christoph Walter, Chairman of the Board at Europe Net.
The loading of credit by phone via a free 24/7 hotline provides front-to-end security. Authorised persons can load the desired credit onto the card with a single phone call. The amount is loaded via a Web portal within minutes and can be accessed anywhere in Europe by entering a PIN. Credit that is not needed is "unloaded" from the card once again directly after the payment transaction and the amount that is actually spent is collected by direct debit. For security reasons, it is not possible to use the service card to withdraw money at an ATM.
The Europe Net Service Card can be used for breakdown and repair workshop services as well as at filling stations at home and abroad. One major advantage are the various discounts and insurance services it offers in the event of a breakdown. If it is not possible to resume the trip on the same day, for example, Europe Net pays the travel costs for bringing back your driver up to an amount of 250 euros or overnight costs up to an amount of 200 euros as well as expenses of 50 euros. In addition, the card holder saves ten percent of the assistance agency fee for each breakdown.
The annual fee per card is between 29 and 49 euros depending on the number of cards, plus a transaction fee for each card of three percent of the loaded credit.
