On this year’s LogiMAT in Stuttgart TSC Auto ID presents itself as all-in-one provider of reliable barcode printing and labelling solutions for a wide variety of sectors and applications. In hall 6 at booth D11, the main focus is on brand-new compact thermal printer models of TE200 series and upcoming DA210 series.
Moreover, the innovative Taiwanese manufacturer will also showcase its expanded product range of thermal transfer ribbons, wristbands and labels.
Both brands, TSC and Printronix Auto ID, will show a cross-section through their differentiated portfolio of innovative, reliable high-quality thermal barcode printers and, additionally, perfectly matched consumables.
Outstanding exhibits are the new additional models of proven TE200 desktop series with a large number of available interfaces for modern data communication. Compared with previous basic models of this series, memory capacity was significantly extended. With 25.400 mm and 11.430 mm, the maximum print length of TE210 and TE310 is up to ten times longer than the print length of the basic models. Another new standard feature is real time clock and buzzer option. Furthermore, TE210 features a print resolution of 203 dpi at an industry best 6 ips, TE310 with 300 dpi at 5 ips. The print mechanism can be used separately for integration into specific manufactured designs, including kiosk applications, small label applicators, two colour on-demand printing and two-sided printing.
As another highlight TSC presents its new desktop printer series DA210/DA220 that will be launched in the spring of 2018. With four models available, the powerful series covers the entire spectrum that ranges from budget-friendly entry-level printer to high-performance allrounder fulfilling highest network communication requirements. The models are perfectly designed for all printing demands in logistics, retail and point of sale, transport, small offices and events.
Both, DA210 as well as DA310, offer modern interfaces such as USB 2.0 and optional Bluetooth interface for simple labelling tasks. For more communication power and more complex requirements, DA220 and DA320 are a perfect choice. The two models offer plenty of memory with 128 MB Flash and 64 MB DRAM, and, additionally, serial RS-232, Ethernet, USB host, internal 802.11 a/b/g/n and internal Bluetooth.
Printronix Auto ID, the second strong brand of TSC Auto ID, will present its powerful high-end thermal printer series T8000. Featuring a new user interface with 3.4″ high-resolution colour display panel, the three printers offer an advanced setup wizard with graphical icons and four navigation keys to configure and optimize print. The printers are able to operate in the coldest environments of the industry, with temperatures as low as -5°C (23°F) for direct thermal and 5°C (41°F) for thermal transfer - without the need to use a heated enclosure. Moreover, the series provide the platform for the new Online Data Validator (ODV), a reliable system for validation of 1D and 2D codes. Further focus at LogiMAT is on 6” printer T6000 with ODV-1 and 4” model T6000 with RFID.
A wide range of ribbons, labels and wristbands round off the exhibition presentation from TSC Auto ID. All supplies are perfectly matched on the manufacturers own printer models. The combination of proven printing systems and perfectly suited supplies guarantees an excellent print result.
