- Purpose
- Lead the supply chain planning process and SiOP for the products business in CIS to ensure that on time and lead time objectives are met at an optimized inventory position and health
- The position is accountable of four primary metrics: forecast accuracy (demand)-lead time-service-inventory.
- Scope: Product Business in CIS
2- Missions
- Lead the demand planning processes: collaborative sales forecast (with the country management and the marketing organization) and SiOP Step 2 (demand review)
- Lead the supply planning : inventory sizing, planning and management.
- Lead the product supply chain improvement activities :
- Upstream: Accountable to implement material management standards (techniques, tools, organization) in the Potential supply chain: MPS-Inventory parameters and management-Material and Order Management. Support diagnostics and skill development.
- Downstream: Accountable to manage the inventory team in charge of the RDC stock management. Stocking policy, SS, LT, Qmax parameters. Root cause analysis on service and unhealthy ; corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor the Products supply chain performance on ad-hoc basis (daily/weekly/monthly depending process and measure). Directs, coordinates and controls all action plans.
- Lead and implement corporate program and local initiative ie. dDevelop the relation with the distributor together with the country organization to implement planning standards (i.e. co-planning with customer)
- Harmonize and standardize the supply chain management practices on the products perimeter, from customer to supplier.
- Influence and convince the organization at each level, GSC, Bu and Country, to engage in the SiOP journey.
