The topic of Uber Freight’s expansion has recently hit the headlines in logistics portals and magazines across Europe. Many experts even claim that digital freight forwarders, including Uber Freight, are able to threaten even the biggest players such as DB Schenker and C.H. Robinson, who for years have been sharing a large piece of transport and logistics ‘cake’.
Daniel Buczkowski, who is the general manager and head of expansion on the European market at Uber Freight, will talk about how to build a network of contacts and contractors in the era of digital logistics. He will also share his ideas on how to conduct technology-based 3PL operations. Last but not least, he will talk about how a digitally connected network of forwarders and carriers can accelerate the development of the industry.
The world’s largest logistics brands on stage
Uber Freight is not the only ‘big-brand’ that will perform on stage during HyperLOG. Speeches by representatives of e.g. Ericsson (about how 5G technology is going to revolutionize the TSL industry), DHL’s Vice President Nabil Malouli (about the solutions of the future for the last mile logistics) or a debate between representatives of traditional (Arkadiusz Glinka from C.H. Robinson) and digital (Maximilian Schaefer from Instafreight) freight forwarders with former Waberer’s CEO (Ferenc Lajko) also look very promising.
On the first day of the event, there will also be a contest, during which the audience will choose the best logistics startup. Startups like Quotiss, Seven Senders, ProperGate, TNX Logistics will compete for a cash prize and recognition.
